Muay Thai and its training

Muay Thai is a combat martial arts form which was originated in Thailand centuries ago. This art uses the eight limbs of the human body i.e. the hands, the feet, the elbows and the knees. Thailand is a land of smiles. The reason this name has been given is because the local people are always soft spoken humble and always have a smile on their faces.
