Muay Thai and women aspirants

Thailand is a beach destination of the world and many visitors travel every year to enjoy the activities of this country. Apart from the tourism; Thailand is also famous for an international sport known as Muay Thai which was originated in this land itself. Previously women were not allowed to train in Muay Thai for the simple fact that the rings of the sport were blessed by the Buddhist monks. Women were not allowed to come in contact with these monks and so they were eventually banned from the sport. However with the international recognition many women from other parts of the world took part in this sport and the government on Thailand had to save its roots of Muay Thai. This was the time when they decided to remove the ban on women from the sport.
With this change; many women came forward to learn the sport and become an active part of it. This sport keeps you fit and healthy. It needs a lot of physical and mental strength to defend the attack and retaliate as well. It helps the mind be alert always to know when the attack will take place. Women usually join these training camps to lose weight as this can be the best form of exercise to reduce the extra weight. There are many training camps around the world to train people on Muay Thai.
These training camps offer state of the art facilities to its aspirants. But the one thing that is missing in these training camps is the atmosphere and the ambience that is created in Thailand. People who travel to Thailand on a leisure trip make sure they learn this sport before they leave for their home country. Thailand being the tourism destination sees a lot of footfall every year and this also increases the popularity of Muay Thai.
